Shipping is free on all orders above Rs.499. However, there is a charge of Rs.60 as a shipping fee for orders below this amount.

All the items are carefully packaged so as to avoid any form of damage. You will be getting a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. All orders received are shipped within 24 hrs. In most cases, it is shipped on the same day if the order is placed before 3PM except Public Holidays or weekends in some cases. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you with courier details and expected date of delivery for your further reference.

Generally, all orders are delivered within 3-10 business days depending on your shipping location. Orders placed from Chamba Himachal are usually delivered on the next working day. Do note that, for certain pin codes not serviced by our courier partner(s), we may use Speed Post (Indian Postal Service). Deliveries made through Speed Post – Indian Postal Service might take longer than usual delivery time.

We also offer "Cash on Delivery" or COD on all our products but not in remote areas. The maximum order value for a COD payment is Rs.10,000. You will have to pay the money to the delivery person before you can open the package. Please note, we do not accept foreign currency, DD or Cheque as payment against a COD order.
